Baltimore, MD - The Chesapeake Region Chapter of the Community Association Institute (CCRCAI) held its Annual Expo this week, hosting community board members, homeowners and property managers.
The Chesapeake Expo is a platform for homeowners, board members and property managers to learn about community trends and connect businesses that provide products or services for the Community Association industry.
This year's program included timely educational sessions, a fall festival party and celebrity-led games.

The Chapter's mission is to increase public understanding of condo and homeowner association governance, provide guidance to board members and managers working on behalf of communities and to provide a forum for networking among the service providers and consumers within the industry

2018 CRCCAI Expo: Are You Smarter Than?
The Expo allows property managers and key decision makers to vet the latest products and services in the community association market.
This year’s educational sessions focused on legislative updates, Roberts Rule of Order, productivity tools and active shooter preparedness. Guests also enjoyed raffle giveaways and a fall festival wrap party.
What stands out the most about this year’s expo is the theme: Are You Smarter Than? The events team put together an interactive game of community trivia for the first time as a fun way to test managers' community association knowledge. The game’s topics involved different elements of the job:

- Accounting
- Engineering
- Insurance
- General association management
The host was none other than 98 Rock Ravens Game Day Host, Kirk McEwen.
