Sahouri 24/7 empowers clients to access and manage their insurance policies online. In response to client demands, the app's service functions have been expanded to expand their ability to obtain information, download/upload documents, kick-start the claims process, and more.  

File Claims Faster

Report a claim promptly while details are fresh in your mind. Our online tool provides a user-friendly questionnaire with document upload capabilities, including accident photos.

This option is also available on mobile devices, allowing you to report a claim directly from your smartphone or tablet. Information is sent directly to Sahouri for immediate processing.

Request Proof of Insurance

Currently for businesses only, no more frantic searches for certificates when unexpected situations arise. Request and access proof of insurance instantly, ensuring your business stays protected and operational.

This service is available 24/7 from anywhere with internet access and is extremely valuable in situations where a last-minute COI is required to conduct or continue business. COIs can be printed, emailed, or faxed directly from the online access web page.

Order Auto ID Cards

Clients can now order replacement ID cards directly from the app and receive them conveniently at your doorstep. Say goodbye to the hassle of lost or forgotten cards.

Update Account & Policy Info

All clients can update their personal information, review policy details, or make quick adjustments – all within the intuitive Sahouri 24/7 interface. Submit requests to add, delete, or modify coverage for auto, property, and equipment policies directly through Sahouri 24/7.

This service is available 24/7, offering a convenient way to initiate necessary policy changes and saving time. You can still contact your account manager via email or phone if preferred.

Update Account & Policy Info

 View and upload important documents – from policy binders to claims receipts – all stored securely within the app. This feature enables you and your Sahouri representative(s) to view the same information and ensures that no detail is omitted from a policy.

Thanks to unique logins and passwords, Sahouri 24/7  clients to securely share insurance information with designated individuals within your office.  Clients can define user roles within the app to provide each team member with the specific information they need, streamlining collaboration and communication.
