Hey there, my name is Tyler and I hail from Forest, Virginia! I graduated with distinction from the Virginia Military Institute (VMI) with a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Business. 

While at the Institute, I held leadership positions at all levels within the Corps of Cadets while also being a four year letterman for the Track and Field team in the Pole Vault and multis. 

After graduating from VMI, I took a commission as a Finance Officer in the United States Army, where I served at Fort Jackson, South Carolina and USAG Yongsan in Seoul, South Korea. 

On the insurance side, I am a dually licensed agent in Property & Casualty as well as Life, Health & Annuities.  I enjoy helping clients by taking an analytical approach to overcoming challenges and proposing solutions in complex situations.

My prior experience in the industry primarily involved middle to national market accounts in the manufacturing sector.  Once I gained enough experience, I was excited to broaden my horizons to more industries - which brought me here to Sahouri Insurance.

In my current role, I have the pleasure of working with commercial businesses across all industries. I enjoy developing relationships with our clients and providing them with superior service and outside of the box solutions make their insurance experience simple and enjoyable.
