My name is Manel Haddoud, I am a Customer Service Specialist at Sahouri. My objective is to help clients find healthcare solutions, peace of mind and insurance made simple!
From a young age, I’ve dedicated my life to helping others, which has had a major impact on my growth as a person and a professional. This made joining The Sahouri Team easy because the company's valued are aligned with my owned - especially helping others. In addition, I liked that Sahouri was a family owned business that promotes team work, acceptance, and growth.
Before Sahouri, I worked in my family's Clinic where my father works as as Ophthalmologist. In that role, I worked with people on key projects while overseeing the customer service process from patient arrival, to post-operative release.
In my free time, I like to travel, exercise and cook food from different cultures. I’ve traveled to 15 countries, which has enhanced my perspective on different cultures and people. I’m also trilingual - speaking Arabic, French and English.
I believe my experiences in life have shaped me into the person I am today, and I believe that it will continue to help me on my career path with Sahouri 🌍
