My focus is to deliver on your day to day service solutions, manage renewal processes and make sure employee offerings are benchmarked to help you recruit and retain talent. 

With wide exposure in both small and large group employers, my experience with claims, billing and direct employee support help me understand the unique needs of HR professionals and benefits administrators. Being able to share their perspectives allows me to meet their priorities. From compliance and portals to payroll and cost containment, being on the same page allows me to consistently exceed expectations. 

I joined Sahouri because I was looking for a place to grow with a team and be valued as a person. Similarly, I wanted to be a part of a culture that truly stands for a “clients first” approach. In my years of experience, I’ve learned that the key to maintaining a healthy insurance plan is an honest, proactive relationship between insureds and brokers. Insurance doesn’t get more complex than employee benefits. By witnessing client frustration with default customer service lines and call centers, I know for a fact that personalized relationships are still, and by far the most effective approach. I’m elated to be a part of a team that cares so much about the client.

Personally, I believe in strong work ethics and community involvement. In my down time, I turn to my love for the violin. And believe it or not, this insurance adviser is a part of the Old Bridge Chamber Orchestra.
