My name is Koni Drummond and I am a Commercial Customer Service Representative at Sahouri Insurance.  

I have over 15 years experience in the insurance industry as a Customer Service Representative and Claims Adjuster for all personal lines. 

Before joining Sahouri Insurance, I worked for reputable insurance companies, such as The Hartford, Travelers, and Liberty Mutual.  I am an expert at helping policyholders understand their policies and claims process.  

I earned a bachelor’s degree from Felician University and will be acquiring my Property and Casualty license soon!
